Hello! I need help on selecting a product because there are a lot of choices and reviews that never cover what I need.
I am looking for a quality smartwatch for a teenage disabled girl that will have the following functions: I need to be able to track my child's location on a smartphone or home computer; I need to be able to contact the watch and listen in without notifying the wearer (there is no legal issue as I am the legal guardian of the disabled person);  I need to be able to call as we do on a regular phone. Needs to be able to work in most countries (as long as there is cellular reception of course)
I really appreciate any help you can provide! I am sure that this is a need for millions of families with love ones with disabilities and situations like autism, dimension elderly etc.
Thank you
Ron

I think you're going to struggle with those requirements. I understand why you need it, but basically, this is more of a spy/surveillance device than a smartwatch. There may just be a specialist device for someone with dementia, but it won't be called a smartwatch.

If you are an iPhone user, then a cellular Apple Watch 3 will give you the location tracking, and the device could accept phone calls, but that's about it.
