I think you're going to struggle with those requirements. I understand why you need it, but basically, this is more of a spy/surveillance device than a smartwatch. There may just be a specialist device for someone with dementia, but it won't be called a smartwatch.
If you are an iPhone user, then a cellular Apple Watch 3 will give you the location tracking, and the device could accept phone calls, but that's about it. |
