Moto 360 sport/2nd Gen

looking at buying a Google wear for work, so not too expensive. Already have an Apple watch but don't wear this for work, Google ones seem more robust and wouldn't mind as much if got bumped or scratched.

So the Moto 360, Moto sport look good, I'd want the latest Wear OS 2 on, but I'm confused by the Moto names and don't want to get one and for it be to wrong type!

So I think the Moto 360 sport is Wear 2 compatible, and looks a decent watch, can get 2nd hand for £80 - decent enough?

Or any other suggestions please?

I have the standard gen2 moto 360. I will check wear 2 for you. Do you plan using on iPhone?

Ok thanks, can.you show me a pic please? I think the standard Moto 360 is G1 and G2, G2 having wear OS and G1 not.

However my confusion is from. Moto 360 sport I think, I see it sometimes described as Moto 360 sport, and sometimes as Moto 360 sport 2nd Gen. So is there 2 of these type? Or are all Moto 360 sport Wear OS compatible?

Yes I will be using with an iPhone. It's just for work really as miss notifications when iPhone in pocket. Not too bothered on being able to do a lot of the fancy, reply to messages phone etc, as long as can get good notifications etc.

         Oh ok... I haven’t used it with my iPhone but I had used my Samsung frontier and it was limited to a few actions. I think what you want should be ok. I have the leather  and metal straps, great looking little watch. I did look at the sport but preferred the metal bezel.

I've got a 2nd Gen Moto 360. It works most of the time, but the issues are down to wear OS and not the actual watch, as it's the same issue on other watches (can't connect to Google)

I've had my watch for around a year, so far no scratches from work. I liked the watch, as it actually looks like a watch!

Exactly I didn't want another Apple watch for work, I wanted a watch that looked like a watch like above ha ha!

Now you tell me!! £90 haven't got it yet but was from CEX so some warranty to. CEX is a decent place to look for rough prices as gives selling and buying prices.

If I'd know might have waited for you! Why are you going to sell may I ask?

just purchased an apple watch series 3 so the moto 360 will not get used in fact it didn't get used much beforehand as I owned the Samsung s3 frontier.. Lol I do like tech. £90! thats ok with warranty. Reckon £60 for mine then.. Cheers mate.
