Is that a good deal? I’d prefer the Lightroom and photoshop bundle but not sure if it’s worth holing off this deal in the hope that the Lightroom and photoshop bundle gets reduced for Black Friday as well.

16th November 2018 year the CC plan with Photoshop and Lightroom & 20GB was £75 on Amazon.

It depends if you think you'll use Photoshop?
It depends if you think 1TB of cloud storage is worth it?

I gave up on Lightroom at 6.14 on a perpetual licence and won't subscribe.  
I use GIMP (free) when I want to use layers and masks etc. but it's not as sophisticated for some things like auto aligning multiple layers.
I don't use any Cloud storage as I work from home and have slow uploads.

The 1Tb version is for the 'Cloud' versions - and does not include the Classic LR interface (the bundle which does include that has 20Gb).

Amazon have had a deal on the 20Gb Classic bundle for the last few years at some point in their Black Friday sales, but of course there are no guarantees they will do the same this year.
