McLEAR payment ring

I am thinking of ordering one of the new payment rings by McLEAR (McLEAR.com). Looks pretty cool and doesn't need charging or anything. I was thinking it may be good for when I go running as won't need to take my bank card or phone.

Has anyone used a payment ring or thinking about getting one?

Why do you need to buy stuff when going for a run?

I don't always, but sometimes I stop to get a drink or something. I wouldn't purely use it for running, that was just an example. I just think it would be convenient and wondered if anyone had used one, that's all.

Never had the ring. Have you considered a smartwatch? Log your activities and make contactless payments.
