USA to UK compatibility?

Hi all!

I would like to buy a smart watch in the US when I'm next there, but worried about compatibility issues. Currently looking at Michael Kors, Fossil and Samsung watches.

I don't think you have anything to worry about.   US/UK differences really only apply to video kit.

This type of kit uses 5V usb charging so a UK phone charger should work just fine. A US one is likely to have a different mains connection, though these days many come with adaptors to fit the local sockets.   These days switch mode power supplies will work almost anywhere specified  for 110V/220V and 250V both 50 and 60Hz.
