Apple watchOS update issue

Hi, I have a series 3 and since updating I have noticed 1 issue, if I tap on the screen with the Mickie face (or Minnie) it does not read the time out like before. My wife's series 4 still does it. Is it a big with series 3 or just my watch? Thanks

It doesn’t make a noise with my Series 4 either unless I turn ‘mute’ off.

Sorry to hijack. I have upgraded my iPhone XS to iOS 13.0 and my Series 5 to WatchOS 6.0. Now I don’t get WhatsApp notifications on my Watch, and I am ashamed to admit it’s driving me crazy. Any suggestions?

Thanks, I did actually check that after a few minutes trying to figure it out and it wasn't muted and all other audible functions work.

My issue was fixed by an upgrade to iOS 13.1 and a few reboots of the iPhone and Watch.
