New Note 10+,... Tizen or WearOS?

Just purchased the Note 10 Plus, and new to smart watches. Struggling to grasp the pros-n-cons between Tizen and WearOS. Looks like the only brand using Tizen is Samsung. Not sure whether this is good or bad. Good maybe as long as I hang on to a Samsung phone, but not so good maybe if I move to a OnePlus or Pixel 18 months later down the road. Just hoping you fellas could help shed some light and insight. Thanks.
