Moving from Apple to Android

A while ago (can't remember exactly when) I stocked up on Ipads for me and the kids. I have an Ipad Mini 16gb whilst each of my three kids have an Ipad 2 16gb Wifi. I think the Ipads are around 5 years old but in v.good condition.

As they are now a little older I want them to at least experience Android and therefore would be looking to sell/swap all the Ipads I have in order to get an equivalent Android.

I don't know the going price of Ipad2 16gb Wifi nor do I know which Android pad is decent which I could get without having to spend any more cash.
