Hi I got a Z2 tablet recently but discovered it didn't work with the DK39 magnetic charger. On closer inspection there are no actual magnetic charge pins on mine which I've seen in the YouTube video of another Z2. Did one version come without this?
No? Not to my knowledge. I bought mine from Sony direct with the charger when it first came out. Is yours new or second hand? Either way you need to return it from where you bought it from.
Strange as I also thought that all should be compatible for magnetic charging. I bought my Z2 second hand from these forums. It's a shame but I'll just use the DK39 as a stand and charge the old fashioned way.
