Lenovo idea tab A2109A not responding

Hello, Can anyone help me please? I'm a novice when it comes to computers/tablets. My Lenovo tablet keeps freezing and it also says this site is not responding do I want close it or wait.I tried to clear cache in the apps but that hasn't helped it's starting to get to me now so any help given is much appreciated to solve my problem.I have also noticed that the wifi and Bluetooth icons on the bottom of the page are not as blue as the time and date.

I think its a touch screen problem! Does the touch screen stop working?

It could happen because of the several reasons. Trojans could be a reason, low space or it could be a device hardware issue.
I would recommend you to go to any shop and discuss this with them. I hope its clear enough now!
