Deleting Google Mail & Creating a new 1

I'm thinking of deleting my old Google Mail & creating a new 1. My PS4 before a did factory settings i tried creating a new account on my PS4 i kept saying you cannot use another person's sign-in id. So what happens if i delete my old Google Mail & create a new 1 will the apps i bought will i have to pay for them again & won't they work & so on?

I would suggest you create the new one first and switch before you close your old account.
