Having bought a fusion 5 KIDLET 7 inch touchscreen for my daughters birthday back in May, we are still unable to use it. At first it requested I set up my google account with the tab so that I could download apps, but each time I tried I had an error message stating my browser needed updating or was not present. In the meantime my daughter has put a lock on it, without knowing fully what she was doing so since we have been unable to get past the lock screen. This was a birthday gift, one to help my daughter with her speech and language disability, PLEASE HELP
