The criteria are still a little wide to really give an answer. If budget really is unlimited then I'd be easily tempted with a Surface Pro 4 or similar 2 in 1 laptop, I'm typing this on a HP Spectre X2 which is a very similar concept, defenitely overkill as just a pure media machine but it fulfiulls the list of wants.
If you genuinely only want to play media the the Transformers are pretty good, very good battery life but a bit more sluggish at heavier stuff, My mates just bought a Transformer, HA102 I think was the model number, he lives ion a motothome so good battery and USB charging were his main criteria, it's nowhere as powerful as the M3 processor in my HP with it only being an Atom processer but it would be fine as a second machine with good battery life. |
