My tablet is suspended. What should I do?

I use the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 S for two years. But lately, I've seen signs of crashes. Suspended tablet about 20 minutes later back to normal operation.Before the tablet hangs I just listen to music and do not use any other applications. How to fix? Thanks

Three possibilities.
1. A virus or malware has got in. Do a full factory reset. Once you put in your password etc you can download all your paid apps again.
2. A hardware fault which shows up on heating. Not much you can do.
3. You have filled it up with loads of files photos etc and it has no place for scratch space so it crashed . Clean out old files.  And or Do 1.
