A Tablet With Decent Camera Not Too Expensive?

Hi all, I'm trying to find a tablet for my son who's recently been enjoying making his own animations. He's getting quite good at it but the problem is that the camera on his Acer is crap! I think he's still a bit too young (and clumsy) for anything that's too expensive so I'm trying to find one with a good camera that's it too expensive. I was wondering if anyone might have any suggestions for me please?
