Tempted to replace ipad with Samsung, thoughts please.

Until a couple of years ago, I had a Samsung galaxy tab 3 and it was great. However I thought I would improve by replacing it with an ipad.  I am not too keen on it and am tempted to return and buy a Samsung Tab A, 10.1 32GB wifi at £229 Curry's.

Interestingly I've had several android phones, upgraded to iphone but after a couple of years, reverted back to Samsung A5 and it is perfect for my needs.  Folk will say that apple is better, but I say, it's what you like yourself and how comfortable you are with it. I'm wondering if anyone else has "progressed" to apple then returned.

Equally I wonder if anyone use the model Tab A and your findings please. Of course, if you know where it can be purchased cheaper, then please point me in the right direction.

These things are personal.. but the lenovo yoga tab 3plus has probably the highest resolution screen in its price bracket   I am using mine about 8hrs every day for browsing, for reading magazines and occasionally playing music .. I did/ do have an original iPad 2 and when it came out I thought it was the bees knees,but now I just occassoccasi switch it on for nostalgia..
