"Print..." not present in three-dot overflow menu

I have been unable to print a web page from my Samsung Galaxy Tab A Oreo 8.1 tablet, tapping such as "Print recipe" in BBC Food.  I notice, too, that "Print..." is not present in the overflow three-dot menu, unlike my Motorola first generation Lollipop 5.1 'phone.  Does it not exist in Oreo?  What is its equivalent?

SOLVED
The culprit is DuckDuckGo browser.  The print facility works in Chrome tapping "Print recipe" in the case of BBC Food, or "Share..." in the overflow three-dot menu followed by tapping the "Print" icon in the "Share via" window that displays.  The "Print" icon is not present when using DuckDuckGo.
