Recommend me a tablet

As per the title - looking for recommendations for a tablet. Not intending to replace my desktop PC at home, or my phone. This will be for holidays/work trips away - mostly used for internet browsing, with occasional games, and watching some TV shows/Films.

Most important (in order) -
Max budget of £300 (preferably to include a cover with integrated keyboard but don't mind buying separately)
Approx 9-12" best compromise between size and portability
Strong battery life
At least Full HD resolution
Large internal storage and/or Expandable Memory
Performance

Preferences, but not so important -
Decent Speakers
Would prefer a 3.5mm headphone jack
Lighter is better

Not important -
SIM connectivity - This will be used on WiFi only
Camera(s) - Won't be taking photos
The OS - I have an Android phone, but would be happy with iOS or Android (or rooting Fire OS)

Galaxy Tab A (2018, 10.5) would suit your needs.  I use this for more or less what you have stated and a bit more.

It's a excellent size for watching movies etc and has two great front facing speakers and is pretty cheap to buy.
