Controllers off center

I have a oculus dk2 with the tracking camera. I use the ps move controllers as motion controllers from ps3. I did the config with the dots and gyroscope. In the config everytime look it's ok but when to a game the hands are a little to the left instead of the center.its mostly with the left stick that have problems with. Also I use driver4vr. Any ideas on how to fix this? Also I made sure all the dots were in a the spots alot like the video I watched
