The Tower 2 - Indy VR game by friends or mine

Hi,

first a bit of a disclaimer: I know the developers of this game personally, they are friends of mine. I however don't have any direct stake in the game and don't get payed for writing here about it or anything. I just really like what they built and want others to know about it...

Anyway: The Tower 2 is a bit of a weird hybrid of a on-rails-platforming-roomscale-retro-futuristik-blade-runneresque game that also has some parcour levels. Really hard to describe but  - from my admittedly small experience in VR in general - really fun to play. I particularly like their story mode with huge amounts of pop culture references.

What do you guys think about that? Do you think that has potential?

Best advice I can give them is any game can be  sucessfull with good writing.

Look how amazing'y loved Valve's games are for their charm and humour.

Yes, I agree. In this case it is more "world-building" than actual "writing", but I understand what you mean.
