Anyone played it? It’s broken in index and cosmos. No controller support too.

Works perfectly on the rift s so I guess we can say this is a temporary oculus exclusive

I'd read that people with the Index have it working better by playing the Steam version via Revive

I won't be buying it.

The steam page has just been updated and the above is in the notes. All the good reviews are from Rift users and the bad from pretty much everyone else. I think valve should be checking this sort of stuff and gearbox should maybe spend a little more time on their products before releasing them, maybe they want to be the next Bethesda?

Valve won't do any more checking because that would involve them actually WORKING for money  

I might have to buy this with my birthday money on Monday but all of my VR time is being taken up with No Man's Sky right now.

I'm also planning on getting Asgard's Wrath too (the auto correct for Asgards is Bastards ).

I feel so bad for Index users.

Can't valve directly work with every single AAA developer who releases a VR game on the steam store to ensure it works with the Index. I mean we only have like 5 AAA VR games on the steam store a year anyway... (I'm exaggerating.. its not even five).

No its a great port if you are playing it on the one headset they clearly developed it on. My issue is the steam page listing compatibility for all HMDs (index has been removed). Its a bit of a kick in the nads of the fans of this series.
