SIGNED OUT OF PLEX ON SHEILD NOW CANT SIGN BACK IN......................................HELP PLEASE

I signed out of plex on my nvidia sheild and now i cant login

plex is on my nas and when i click on the sheild tom "sign in"

it asks me to go to https //plex.tv/link

however when i try that on my phone or tablet or pc i get nothing buts lists of webpages

not the page ive seen b4 where you just ebery the code and your in

are my film watching days over forever ?

please can somebody help?
