Unable to install a new Sapphire Radeon NITRO+ RX 580 8GB GDDR5 (UEFI)

I've just purchased a new Sapphire Radeon NITRO  RX 580 8GB GDDR5 (UEFI) graphics card for my HP Pavillion Elite (HPE-599UK).
All i get is just a blank screen although led and fans are working on the Graphics Card.
I have also tried to switch the Bios on the card but still the same (it is supposed to support both Legacy and UEFI but just a blank screen !!!)
I'm also using a new EVGA 500W psu.

These are my specs:

Graphics Card (New): Sapphire Radeon NITRO  RX 580 8GB GDDR5 (UEFI) graphics card

PC : HP Pavillion Elite (HPE-599UK)
Motherboard: Pegatron 2AB6 Version 1.04
Bios: AMI7.15
OS: Windows 10 64bit

Does your card need a power cable to it?

Yes power cable attached

Upon further research it seems that your motherboard has some problems with video cards so it's beyond me. Sorry.

Have you checked to the onbaord display outs?
