Problem with keboard

Hi Mark I do not know what logitech where thinking when they stopped putting on screen stuff like volume caps lock and battery low on mouse.Yes I did use setpoint to download the latest software this options that you use does it show on screen volume .The keys volume up down do work  but it does not show it on screen which I want

Yes Logitech Options does give onscreen graphics for volume, battery etc.

I didn't need to set anything for the on screen graphics, I just installed the software and it worked.

Well I have tried again I get on screen Caps Lock and Scroll lock but not volume any Ideas Mark?

Do you now have both Setpoint & Options installed? If so I suggest you uninstall both and then reboot the PC. Then try installing the latest version of Setpoint as that is the correct software for the keyboard. I installed Options as I have an MX Master mouse and that requires this software, the K800 just worked with this so I looked no further - although IIRC Setpoint was not Windows 10 compatible when I was looking at what to get installed.

I had installed set point  i got no on screen graphics at all but when I installed Options I got the caps lock and scroll lock but no Vol graphics I will try install both again though and see what happens, My Mouse is a logitech M510

If reinstalling both does not work then you could try only installing Options. I get the volume displayed but do not have Setpoint installed.

What does setpoint do anyway Mark
