Thanks for the replies. Yes that case is huge, I believe there's a smaller version the 540. I have a mid tower case at present, a gigabyte sumo omega, and I hate that a lot of the psu cables have to be all over the place, so I liked the dual chassis which separates the psu. I'll be using 3.5 hdd drives, two 1st for the interim. As for usage, it'll be mainly a media set up, I'll not be over clocking, that board I picked has plenty of expansion slots below the gpu, I only need gpu, and two pcie slots for satellite tuners. My sound comes from a denon avr, so no soundcard is needed.
Ill take a look at the x470 boards, and switch to 2 8 gig modules. One concern is that the cases that big brute I listed and the smaller version, don't come with dust filters for every fan mount.
