GPU Fan Replacement

Heya !!

OK so I have a Gigabyte GTX 1070 Ti Gaming 8G. The middle fan is making a taping noise when it is turned up to 60%  but is fine a lower speeds.

So I have bought a replacement fan but I just watched a youtube video and the guy recommended I replace all three fans. (vid didnt explain why)

So I find this out after ordering just the one fan lol

Anyhow, what are peoples' thoughts on this?
