This monitor is £179 for 24"
* 1080p resolution
* Freesync range of 40-144Hz with LFC.
* Low latency and input lag.

With this you can output the Xbox at 1080p 120Hz over HDMI, although few Xbox games actually benefit from this there are some small improvements in response times

The VRR/Freesync range is best possible Xbox can work with, at 120hz output you get 40-120fps range for any games that run in that which is really only 60fps games. Most Xbox one games are 30fps were the LFC will help a little but not too much, below 40fps Freesync does not work as well.

Freesync reduces stuttering and gives smoother motion in games while also reducing input lag on xbox one its mostly 40-60fps that is the best zone, most of the big PvP games are 60fps but dip into the 50s and 40s.

Freesync must often be manually enabled in the monitor first before enabling on console or pc.
