Hello,

I have a issue at least I think it's a issue. So I bought a cheap liquid cooler to cool my Ryzen 2600. This is the cooler I got GameMax Iceberg 120mm Hydro Cooler with 7 Colours I actually put a PC together for a friend last week and got this cooler. I was impressed with it so I got one my self.

Issue is mine is making a buzzing noise? I have noticed something it only buzzes when noting is really happening like am when just using the web browser or when the temp of the CPU is hovering around 30-35c. But once I start a stress test or load up a game the buzzing stops. Is this normal for a liquid cooler. I have read online that is might just be air bubbles?

My friends one is really quiet.

Is your pump on the CPU fan header and do you fan control switched on.  I found mine did the same as you describe and thought I had bubbles.  However I also read online on the manufacturer’s website that the pump should be run at 100% all the time.  This solves my problem and went quiet again but I can’t hear the pump at 100% so problem solved for me.

fan control switch? I don't have one no I have it connected via the CPU fan headset? Can I control it via mobo software or something? My motherbored is a gigabyte X470 AORUS ULTRA GAMING.

Edit: @ChuckMountain great advice thanks checked my motherboard software and there is a fan controller installed on my computer. Put the pump to 100% and it stopped the clicking thank you.
