Hi I own a Samsung NF210 I have not used it for a bit  but when I went sign in after I put the password in it says "wrong Password" and then give me a hint What is your mothers maiden name? which I put in and again it says wrong password. I am now at a loss what to do. The Window version that is on the notebook is Windows 7 stater pack which was already installed. I have already tried to get a new password via a USB stick  like it tells me to but no luck there. Is there anything I can do to solve this please

Passwords are case-sensitive, did you try the various permutations of uppercase, lowercase etc?

Your missing dependencies that the software needs to run.

Download VS C   run-time's for Windows 64-bit or Windows 32-bit and install. That should hopefully resolve it and allow the software to run.

Chaz, you can download just .dll file and put in windows directory. Sometimes it helps. There's file you need for https://wikidll.com/microsoft/api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0-dll
Or if you have enough space, download whole run times library.
