Surface Pro 2 or other ?

Hi all,

Now that my photography is becoming more of a professional quality, I am finding myself travelling away from home more often.  

Up until recently I have relied on a little Elitebook to do editing when away from home, but now as my kit bag is becoming heavier due to the amount of equipment I have for my photography. However as good as the Elitebook is, it is built like a tank & adds unnecessary extra weight to my luggage.

So now I am seriously considering getting something lighter for editing when away from home.  I know that while the Surface Pro 2 is a few years old now, it's processor is capable of Lightroom & Photoshop.

I don't know much about Surface Pros or other tablets / hybrids with stylus that works well for photo editing & only mentioned the Surface Pro 2 as an example, because of its Wacom technology.

The main software that I am looking to run is :

Lightroom
Portrait Professional
Photoshop

Plus video playback like Netflix or Amazon, for when I am on the train or in a hotel. Whilst on a break from editing.

High storage capacity isn't essential as I have a external hdd and a Synology Nas at home, which can be used to store Raw files on.

I don't have an exact budget in mind as am willing to save for the right item that will do the job.  Something with a stylus is preferred due to the editing that I do & would save getting a separate tablet to plug in & use.

Can anyone here recommend me something that will do what I require ?.
