It's always difficult to tell online with cheap laptops. The listed specs are next to meaningless because that's rarely the area where the poor models are lacking.
You can easily define your searches with prices Low>High, they will also have reviews on there, but make sure that you google the model number of the laptop and check other reviews elsewhere, that's what I would do personally.
