Ge62vr 7rf hdd and ssd upgrade?

Hello I need some advise. I have a msi ge62vr 7rf with 1tb hdd and 128gb ssd and want to upgrade the ssd or hdd. Any advise on where would be best for me to go and get this done please as am totally using myself technically to do this or better still has anyone done the upgrade themselves? If so any tips and advise please thanks.

The easy way to do it is to connect the new drive (SSD or HDD) to your computer and use free software such as Easeus to clone the drive. Then remove the old drive - easy

Or find somebody close to you to do it for you

Have to take it right apart tho to change the drive not as simple as unscrewing a flap on the bottom, Will be videos on YouTube as to how to open it up.
I thought about swapping the main ssd drive in mine and i would have if it was simple but just couldn't be bothered.

Guys what kind of adapter will I need to connect the new hdd or add please ?
