I have a zoostorm tempest pc with the spec:

A68HM-E33 V2 Motherboard
Amd a10-7860k processer.
8gb ddr3 ram.
radeon r7 1gb integrated graphics.
usb 3.0 and usb 2.0 ports.
gigabit Ethernet.
2tb hard drive.
dvd writer dual layer.
Windows 10 pro 64bit.

It was purchased in September 2016.

Can I add a dedicated graphics card to it?
I cannot see a spare bay slot at the back of this pc, that would come out.

Graphics card compatibility depends on the motherboard (expansion slots), the power supply (capacity & connectors) and the case (size).

If you can take some photographs with the side off then they should show the motherboard expansion slots and power supply label.

If you can't see any expansion slot backplates then it sounds like some sort of small form factor system that probably wouldn't take one. If you're lucky it's a Mini-ITX motherboard and the system could be moved into a larger case though.

Your motherboard appears to have a PCI-E slot so yes, you would be able to add a dedicated PCI-E graphics card.  It's the slot above the MSI logo.

Whether you can fit it in with that little card near the battery is another question.  I assume it's some sort of expansion card and would be non-essential?

That's definitely a 16x slot. Depending on what you're buying the card ford the adjacent slot being blocked might or might not be an issue, many of the lower end cards are available in single slot versions.

The power supply label is too blurry to read so I can't check how much power is available or whether you have any additional PCI-E power connectors for the more power hungry cards.

It looks like you have plenty of clearance for length and height so that shouldn't be an issue.

I'd check the PSU too. Can't quite make out what wattage that PSU is.
Knowing Zoostorm it won't be that generous.
