Lip sync problems, please help/advise

For some time now I've been using an Acer Aspire 5 laptop together with this monitor Buy Samsung C27F390 27 Inch 60Hz FHD Curved LED Monitor - Black | PC monitors | Argos and these speakers https://www.amazon.co.uk/Creative-GigaWorks-Multimedia-Speakers-Technology/dp/B001IZZ2PE/ref=sr_1_4?crid=1DRBQB5703AR9&keywords=creative speakers&qid=1554983956&s=gateway&sprefix=creative ,aps,146&sr=8-4 and have had no lip sync problems when watching Youtube videos.

I've recently replaced the monitor with this SAMSUNG U32J590 4K Ultra HD 32" LED Monitor - Black  and I now have lip sync problems with Youtube videos.
I don't intend to watch Netflix on this monitor but I checked to see whether i would have the same problem and found no problem with lip sync.
Could a kind person please advise me on what to do to hopefully sort the problem out.

Just a thought have you tried opening you-tube in a different browser.

Apologies for this late reply to what you suggested. I tried various browsers and Mozilla Firefox was the only one that worked without the lip sync problem. Thank you Dalesman.
