My wife is trying to sort out all the photos on her laptop but whenever she clicks on one it is 100% in size and she wants it set at 50%.She is having to change the sizes one by one can she set the size at 50% so it stays at 50%.The model number looks like L2W43A   and perhaps ABU at the end. Thanks

It's nothing to do with the laptop it's down to what she is using to view them with. What program is she using?

100% and 50% as sizes would typically be the zoom level the program you're using to view them is currently set at, and not a characteristic of the photograph.

As techquest says, you need to look in the options of whatever that program is. That'll be the only place you can change the default size it shows images at.

Yes as suspected it was the software she was using.

Paint is supplied as a freebie by Microsoft in windows. Just type paint in the search bar and you should see the Paint app come up. Click on that and it will bring up paint. She can then view any of here photos with it. Down in the bottom right corner of the Paint window you will see a slider that you just slide left to make the picture smaller. Easy to use and she will soon get used to it.

Let us know if we can help further.
