Delete the 1st partition, you don't need it anyway.
Then just give me a few moments to get some info ready for you. I now know what the issue is. It is simply down to you using the W10 upgrade process, as in the link I showed you above. This downloads and W10 with an ESD and not a WIM file in its source folder. You need a WIM file not ESD, ESD is for UEFI BIOS and if your BIOS is not UEFI capable then windows will not load, as your 2nd screenshot is telling you. |
