Surface pro 2017 2nd hand price

Hi, first but hopefully not my last post here, I have a 2017 surface pro, i7, 256gb 16gb model with type cover, pen (newer version) and surface mouse, Been using this for the last year but my company have recently moved over to apple macs (this was a lightly used personal item not company)

I'm looking for changing all my personal gear to macs as well, how much would this likely get on the second hand market?

Which model Surface Pro is it? I am currently got Mac equipment and want to move across to a Surface.

We may have a possible trade assuming we both have what the other wants.
