Building a Free Library of Images for Everyone

Hi everyone,

I've been building a library of images that you are welcome to freely use in your projects. They are all original...all my own work. I think a lot of them could be made into cool textures for games.  All I ask is to be attributed as indicated on my homepage:

Soundimage.org

The images are on my "TXR" pages.

I'm adding new ones all the time, so be sure to check back often. I sincerely hope that some of them are useful. Any and all constructive feedback is welcome and always appreciated.

HNY  Hi, those foam pics must have swallowed up light,

Whilst they're not for me at present.... I wonder if you couldn't have 5-sec (say ) clips of many World  Cities, Countryside, etc.
"We" are distributed the world-over ( I guess); so it would be a very useful resource ( ie  One-Stop ), while enabling us to provide short downloads of what are ( to residents) fairly obvious shots. Visitors may discover there is building-work, obstruction, or the weather is foul.....
e,g. before Uber kills off London Taxis, I plan to grab some in HD. By filming tight, the precise location isn't obvious; so the Editor can choose their next shot to "place" the action (If you get my drift).
Thoughts?
Whilst many of these will be standard-fayre for most websites, it would enable Us-Users to assist your aims.
The same shots in 4K . . . .  maybe later?

EDIT - yes, but by "Later" - I'd expect transfer/storage to have improved. So, how's about limiting this to HD 1920x1080  - not sure if the frame-rate will be an issue, as we're  PAL-zone 50fps/25 . . .  for street-scenes it won't matter - much . . .  as most Editors will allow some time-changes ( yes I know PAL = Analogue, before...)

Video clips, especially 4K ones, are pretty large in size and would probably exceed the file size limit of my hosting service. Good suggestion, though...thanks!

Feel free to generate maps from them (displacement, specular, etc) as needed. If you need me to create them custom for you, drop me an email...(my email address is at the bottom of my homepage.)

This week's new free images are on my TXR - WOOD page. At the top, I've added a bunch of smooth wood images that might come in handy for interiors. Some have dents and other signs of wear.

If you scroll down (way down) to Seamless Textures, you'll find about 20 "fantasy wood" images...(I'm experimenting with creating different looks.)

This week's new images are all seamless so they can be tiled if need be.

The first group might be useful as sci-fi backgrounds.  Feel free to scale them, mix with other textures or edit as needed.
