I loved it at first. The video quality is quite good, but then I started noticing a very slight flicker. I messed with every setting I could think of to stop it but with no luck. It does not flicker in slow-motion. At first people loved the camera on the forums, but then the complaints started coming in. I'd hold off for a couple of months before I would consider buying one.
Currently £229 on Amazon. I very nearly bought the new GoPro 8, until I realised that the lens cover cannot be replaced after the inevitable scratches start to appear. So I have decided to have a go with the Osmo, as it is a considerable saving.
Been looking at more recent reviews, and it appears that a lot of the early issues have been ironed out, and new features added. It arrives tomorrow, so will be putting it to the test first-hand.
