Hitachi TV restarting

Hi all
Am just wondering if anyone can help me I have a Hitachi RC 4848f TV and when it's on TV the whole TV restarts on its own every 3 too 4 mins . But when I have my firestick in HDMI and watch anything through there everything is fine .
I have tried a factory reset but it's still not made any difference.
Does anyone know why this could be please?

That's the part number of your TV's remote control, it's not the TV's model no.
You'll find the TV's model no on a label on it's rear.

Having exactly the same problem. Spoke to Amazon and apparently it's a software issue that Hitachi are aware of and are currently sorting it. As I type, mine is now  working perfectly
