It started a few days ago, and google suggests in larger TV's it is a capacitor issue on the power board. So, I'm hoping with this having a separate psu, that replacing that will hopefully fix the problem. It's an old M&S set with the hideous Union Jack frame, so god only knows what actual make it is 
Only slight hitch is sourcing an original psu as only Chinese copies seem to exist and I'm wary they might be a bit iffy? Thanks |
