Hello everyone I am having a issue with my electriq smart TV when I go to the smart part of the TV it come up IQ smart then says android but that is as far as it gos I cant gain access to the smart menu and was looking for any advice on how to factory reset the TV without gaining access to the smart menu or if anyone have a answer to why I cant load the smart part I have googled the manual and dosnt say anything about it seems TVs like LG and Philips have a advanced setting menu but I cant find any info on the make on what I should do to fix this issue
