Sony TV keeps asking to update.

Hi
For the last month every time I turn on my TV it says an update is ready. I tell it to update, it power cycles then turns on. Despite it warning it will take 15 minutes it doesn't.
As soon as I restart the TV it asks again.
This is slowly driving me nuts. Please help

Can you turn the updates off?

You can turn off auto updates in the settings.  Are you on latest version?  If not, download it and save to USB then insert at back and it will do update.
