Visonic PowerMax Complete - Partitioning

Hi all

I am hoping that somebody out there can help me with this.
Moved into a house recently with a PowerMax Complete, have the user codes, including Master Installer code, however whatever I use I cannot get the Partitioning menu, it is missing.

Is this because it wasn't setup with partitioning at first install and is therefore not available, and a factory default will get this back for me, so that I can set up partitioning, or is the partitioning something that can't be re-enabled from the Reset Factory Default setting.

Any help, greatly appreciated.

Ring the manufacturer and ask. Always my first port of call. If they refuse to help then pour through the manuals and see if you can figure it out.

Thanks, I had already covered all of the basics, including the above before widening my search for information.
Am at a bit of a loss, I either take a punt, do the reset and keep everything crossed or pay somebody that knows the alarm to take a look, would prefer to sort it myself, but will only attempt if I have all the relevant data.

You have an installer code and master code, if both are the same you lose menus so id change the code and then try both the old and new code and see if menu is there..

Thanks for the suggestion.  The master code and installer code are different already.  Once I have entered the user code, when I get to the Installer Code option, irrespective of whether I enter the master code or the installer code, the subsequent options are the same, and the partitioning menu is absent.  Thanks for the suggestion though.

Have you checked that partitioning is enabled?
Installer  main menu option 12.
