Hello Guys,


My colleagues and I are undertaking a research project focusing on the use experience with smart home technologies when the performance of those technologies have not met pre-use expectations. If you encountered any similar experience with smart home technologies, I would highly appreciate if you could take part in this survey. It will take no more than 15 minutes.


The survey is very important for the project. Potentially, it will be a milestone in the research on users’ perception, behaviour and consequences following the use of those technologies. Results will inform academic and practitioners’ community on the ways how to improve users’ experience and provide empirical data explaining the factors influencing users’ satisfaction.
