Visonic Powermaster 33 disarm

Hello,
I just installed a Powermaster 33 and enrolled a magnetic contact MC-302V.
When I want to disarm from AWAY using a user code, this does not work. Disarming with a keytag or the VisonicGo app works fine.
Disarming from HOME does work with the code.....

Why is the user code not working? Please help.
