Issues with Texecom App?

I have recently had installed a house alarm. It is wireless and I can control it on the texecom app on android. Some days when I turn if off from my app on my phone is shows that it is armed however the sweeping circle indicates that the alarm is unarmed even though it says its armed (the swinging circle shows as green opposed to red or amber) When I log on to the app in the morning to turn the alarm off before I go downstairs, the sweeping circle is often green when it should be amber. I went downstairs without turning it off one morning to check it was actually armed and it went off so I know it is armed. I didnt however get an alert to my phone to say it had gone off. It makes no difference whether I turn the alarm on and off via my app or the keypad. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks

I’d get the installer to take a look.

Mine has been working well and as expected recently but I did have a few problems initially (no notification during alarm, bugs in the app etc)

I used to have a Pyronix setup at my old place and that was flawless.
