As per the title really, after some recommendations or end user experience of some Home CCTV and Motion Sensor Lights please.

My requirements are as follows....

3 (or 4?) camera system - 1 would be enough for the front but would want two for the rear, the rear would be mounted on the house (potentially) and about 7m or so away from the shed - which is what I want watched/recorded and covering 2 possible garden entry points but crossing paths to the shed (so I guess wide angle is required)

Ideally a system which is not hard wired - so I have flexibility of moving cameras if required

Waterproof - as outdoors
Smart phone app
Records audio
Night vision
Good range
Good picture
Ideally no monthly subscription

Next....

2 (possibly more) motion sensor lights for the garden - ideally these come on as the cameras record

Ideally wireless /battery powered
Discreet
Easy to fit

I'm looking at Mr Beams for the lights (at the moment). But lost in the huge volume of cctv systems

Budget for the lot is around £300 ish I reckon

Any pointers much appreciated

Thanks

As budget is quite low, I would consider starting with small system that you can expand over time.

Personally I would avoid wi-fi and look to use POE, consider
Synology NAS (DS119J) £94 (So you can use their software)
1TB Hard Drive  £41
POE Injector £25
Cabling £10
"Pre Loved" Hikvision Dome or turret camera £80 (i.e. Fleabay)

Sorry can't help you much with the lights
