SPEEDTEST RESULTS

TV/Laptop - Ground floor 14 mbps          (Connected to AP on Ground floor)

PC in office room - 36mbps                   (Connected to Router in office)

Laptop in Loft - 36mbps              (Connected to Router in office)

In the UniFi app check which Access Point the TV & Laptop are connected to. Sometimes after an update they will connect to the other AP and may not jump to the closer one again. If they are on the upstairs AP you can get them to “Reconnect” and they should then be on the closer one.
