Visonic Fob Remote Blue light error

Hi All,

I have a Visonic Powermaster system with the rectangular fobs / remotes with 4 buttons.  When I was out a few weeks ago and came back home, the fob stopped working and all 4 buttons are permanently lit up blue.

I've changed the battery and all 4 blue lights still remain on - is this remote completely broken or is there some way to reset the fob?

have you tried deleting and renrolling?

hi - yes i've deleted from the system, the blue lights still remained on, so I had to manually re-enrol by inputting the ID of the fob, but still no change
